You must be a junior or senior to pledge. Underclassmen may join the club as interns or provisional members. You must also be an Accounting, Finance, or BIT major with a 3.0 GPA. In order to become a fully initiated member, you must participate in several events to aid your professional development for a total of 40 hours in your pledge semester, which includes weekly meetings. The same number of hours must be completed every semester after initiation. More detailed information can be found in the chapter documents here.

What happens if I don't complete my hours?

Failure to complete your hours in your pledge semester means you will not be initiated. Failure to complete your hours after initiation means you will be put on probation.

What is the dress code for the meetings?

There is no specific dress code for maintenance meetings but for professional meetings, you must be dressed business casual or business professional. Examples of business casual attire can be found here.
